1. Service Overview
Fitters Log ("the Service") is a mobile application for recording and tracking CrossFit workouts (WODs), operated by Fitters Log (visioner2169@gmail.com). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If you are under 14, you may not create an account or use the Service.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including workout records, journal entries, photos, and comments. By using the Service, you grant Fitters Log a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious content or software.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service's design, interface, brand, and all related intellectual property are owned by Fitters Log. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Fitters Log reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is a workout logging tool and does not provide fitness, medical, or health advice. Use the Service at your own risk. Fitters Log is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from workouts recorded through the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitters Log shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fitters Log harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Korea. Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us to seek an amicable resolution.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
